Rates - $275.00 per night Friday – Monday (weekends); $250.00 per night Tuesday - Thursday for up to 3 guests. Add $25.00 per person for each additional guest over the first 3 up to 5. We also have a Two Night minimum for all nights including holidays. There is also a $75 cleaning fee in addition to the nightly rate fee. The non-holiday rate in June, July and August is $275.00 every night.
Holidays and Holiday rates: The rate for the following holidays is $300 for the day of, the day before and the day after the holiday – New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
The Guest House is open year round with the exception of December 15 to January 31. Also, some time periods are blocked during certain times of the year. GIFT CERTIFICATES – send an email to Peter at peter.plunkett@theelamhouse.com for information on purchasing a gift certificate. They make a great present for the holidays or any other special occasion. If you have a date in mind, we will block out those dates on our calendar upon receipt of your payment. Or, purchase one without a specific date and let the recipient choose the date.
The Plunkett family resides in the main part of The Elam House. The guest rental area includes a large living room, kitchenette, bedroom with a private bath and walk in closet; and a portion of the hallway. A pocket door in the hallway separates the guest rental area from the Plunkett residence.

TOURS
Tours of the main part of the house are available only to our overnight guests between the hours of 4 – 7 pm. From time to time, the tour time may change, so please confirm your tour time with Peter Plunkett. Our rental guests are free to walk around the grounds of the entire lot and through the entire guest area at any time during their stay. Public and Private tours for people not renting the guest house are not available. Please respect our privacy, that of our guests and that of our neighbors by not trespassing on the property unless you are a rental guest. We cannot respond to questions about the Elam House other than those related to Guest House rentals.
